An Oklahoma woman is suing a man who shot her four times in the back as she tore down a Nazi flag flying outside his home. According to police, McVey was attending a party across the street from Feaster's home in the early hours of June 28, when she decided to remove one of two Nazi flags she noticed out front of the residence. A sheriff's report states that Feaster, 45, was lying in wait and pulled out his AR before firing several shots at McVey as she ran away from his home after pulling down the flag. Kyndal McVey left says she has been left with 'mental and physical pain and suffering' following the incident, which occurred outside Alexander Feaster's property in the small town of Hunter in June last year. She was struck in the lower abdomen and legs, before police found her lying in a ditch when they arrived at the scene following a distressed call from fellow partygoers. McVey spent several weeks in the hospital and required multiple surgeries.
